The 3-Tier Tournament Format
To keep pacing intense and engaging for both judges and spectators, Day 2 is structured into three progressive stages:
Group Stage
All registered bartenders compete in heats. They must create their signature cocktail using a mystery basket ingredient or a sponsor core spirit (e.g., Cubana Rum) within a 6-minute window. Top scorers advance.
Knockout Stage
Head-to-head battles! Remaining bartenders go 1-on-1 making classic cocktail variations under a strict 4-minute timer.
Grand Finals
The final 3 mixologists battle it out on stage presenting a complete 3-part menu: An Aperitif, A Signature Craft Cocktail, and a Twist on a Local Classic.
Scoring System (100 Points Total)
Every round is evaluated against four strict pillars of modern international mixology:
