Welcome to the Cairo Soktails Flair & Cocktail Championship (CSFCC). These Terms & Conditions govern registration, participation, attendance, competition activities, use of the official CSFCC website and related event services.
By registering for, participating in, or attending the CSFCC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The Cairo Soktails Flair & Cocktail Championship (“CSFCC”, “Championship”, “Competition” or “Event”) is a professional bartending championship designed to showcase flair bartending, working flair, cocktail craftsmanship, technical skill, creativity and professional hospitality.
The Championship is planned as a two-day festival and competition, consisting of:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, venue, participating brands, judges, prizes or individual competition elements where reasonably necessary.
Participation is subject to the eligibility requirements published by CSFCC. Competitors must provide accurate registration information, meet applicable age minimums, possess professional safety skills, and comply with Egyptian laws and event regulations.
Registration is final only when complete information and fees/requirements are fulfilled. The organizer reserves the right to reject incomplete submissions, limit competitor slots, or close registration early.
All competitors must follow the official CSFCC Competition Rules & Scoring System. Failure to follow rules can lead to score deductions, warnings, disqualification, or removal from the event venue.
CSFCC will communicate standard station equipment before the event. Custom gear or props require prior inspection and approval by organizers for safety compliance.
CSFCC is a professional event. All participants and attendees must behave responsibly around alcoholic beverages. Organizers retain the right to remove any individual violating venue safety standards.
Safety takes priority over performance. Competitors must immediately follow staff and stage manager safety directives. Unsafe stunts or equipment will be stopped instantly.
Performances are evaluated according to published scoring matrices. Judges' decisions are final. Ties are broken using predefined criteria such as higher technical or flavor scores.
Prizes include cash awards, trophies, and international guest-shift opportunities subject to legal tax and sponsor terms.
Participants grant CSFCC rights to capture and use event media/footage for promotional documentation. Competitors retain recipe ownership but license performance reproduction. Professional sportsmanship and respectful conduct are strictly mandatory.
Participants perform at their own responsibility. Organizers reserve rights to postpone or modify events due to force majeure or safety conditions.
